Each year, the McConnell Officers’ Spouses’ Charitable Association (MOSCA) awards scholarships to graduating seniors and military spouses wanting to continue their education. Last year, MOSCA awarded three $1500 scholarships to graduating seniors and two $750 scholarships to military spouses. The winners are listed below.
